Description

Absolutely stunning, vintage plate by Edna Hibel. Titled "Yasuko" and part of the "Classic Rose Collection," the plate was produced by the Rosenthal Group of Germany and is signed "Hibel" in bottom left. On back, plate is identified by title as well as its limited edition number of 937/2000. Plate and Box are not a perfect set. Box is for a different plate in the same series, and the two were mismatched at some point. See images. Rendered in a style and palette similar to Gustav Klimt, the plate measures 10 inches in diameter.
