No# on bottom. Made in Germany, dated 1891- 1906. Franz Joseph Habsburg(1830-1916) was the last significant emperor of the Habsburg Monarchy. This small bowl has a wonderful sculptured design. Lovely hand painted light blue and dark blue tones with gold trim. Vivid colors. The center has a transfer portrait of a distinguished gentleman surrounded by a wear gold design pattern. This is a magnificent HARD TO FIND collectible pair. Excellent condition for age, no cracks or breakage. Measure: 5 3/4" diameter
