STAN ROSENTHAL - Hastings A striking large original lithograph by Welsh artist Stan Rosenthal, it has never been framed or displayed signed in pencil and numbered 39/60, one of his compositions of boats at Hastings sea front. 81.5 x 63.5 cm sheet size, in great condition with just a storage nudge crease on the left hand edge. One of a number of limited editions in our shop by him. Will be shipped rolled in a wide tube. Biog: Stan Rosenthal was a well-known and respected artist. He was very much at home in Wales and lived and painted in many places, including Cardiff, Narbeth, Solva, St. Davids and Cowbridge. His love of the Welsh landscape and coastline is evident throughout his collection. The vibrant energy of Stan Rosenthal’s work appeals to a wide audience and his limited-edition prints and original paintings are highly regarded by collectors worldwide. In addition to Her Majesty the Queen having Rosenthal’s work in the Royal Collection, examples are also in the National Assembly for Wales, the European Parliament buildings, County Hall Pembrokeshire and the British consulate in Mongolia.
