For your consideration is this trivet made by Arabia of Finland. The mid-century modern trivet features a stylized fish shape and is made of high-quality porcelain with a glossy glaze. This iconic Scandinavian accessory was designed by Karrina Aho in the 1950's. It can be used as a trivet, cutting board or cheese server and the eye hole can be used for hanging. This example is in good vintage condition with some signs of age, particularly on the edge as seen in the photos. There are no chips or cracks.
